Privacy statement

of Anu Berghuis Photography as per 24.5.2018.

We keep information you provide us (name, e-mail, phone number or social media profile name) by using our contact form or sending a message via other media.

This data is not shared with anybody and it is used only by us as a mean to be able to contact you to discuss things related to assignments.

The data is stored on our phone and computer. Invoices are stored also on a cloud service. All these are secured with a password.

The data on invoices will be kept during seven years (as required by the tax authorities).

If you would like to know what information we keep of you or make any changes in that please let us know. You have also the right to contact the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens if you have a complaint about how we store your data.

A written approval has been given for all photos including people.
